A love Peruvian washed coffee, 100% bourbon grown at 2,000 metres above sea level on Miranda's farm called Mesapata. The process is a little unusual for this coffee, the cherries were floated and manually depulped, sealed and barrel fermented for 39 hours, then they were fully washed and dried on raised beds. 

The result is a lovely coffee with gentle orange acidity, sweet and caramel like with a gentle tropical earthiness that for us is evocative of dried papaya strips and comes with that slight tingly brightness on the finish.
